PASTOR JARED NOLAN

• Our Mission: To share Christ, to shelter, to heal, and to restore the homeless to independent living without discrimination. 
• Our Vision: Ending Homeless one life at a time and transforming the lives of the residents, community, and staff by the sharing and the showing of the words and works of Jesus Christ  
• Our Strategy: Share Christ through daily devotions, chapel services, teaching, preaching and praise and worship and community outreach.
• Our Focus: Introducing Christ and God’s  Word and allowing the Holy Spirit to work in changing lives and baptism and discipling those who are ready to live their lives for Christ.  
• Our Outreaches: Serving the residents and the community  (e.g., Samaritan Care (Boxes of Love, Santa’s Workshop, Coat drives, General Food Distributions), Kitchen (Meal Service), WE CARE (Street Outreach and medical care)).  We believe in service within and beyond these walls.
• Our Values: ICARE (Integrity (Prov 10:9) Compassion (Matt 9:36) Accountability (Rom 14:12, 13) Reconciliation II Cor 5:18, 19), Empowerment (Matt 10:1)
• Engaging with communities of faith and celebrating the Universal Church
• Inclusion of many churches in our sanctuary for Thursday Evening chapel, Sunday chapels, and devotions services
• Serving individuals who are the least, lost, lonely and last 
• Praying at meals with community members, praying with those who are coming for their turkey, and they might not know that they need Jesus, but they encounter Him.
• Sharing Christ’s Love in all that we do from shelter, to a coat, and everything in between.
• Monthly baptisms and child dedications
