Leanne Morgan Reveals One of the Best Things About Making a Movie

Leanne Morgan revealed one of the best things about making a movie. The popular comedian mentioned what she discovered while working on a film with Reese Witherspoon. Watch the short but hysterical clip to hear what Leanne believes is one of the best things about being on a film set. Most people look at the entertainment business and see all the glitz and glamour and believe thats all there is to it. But those individuals couldnt be more wrong. Admittedly, from the outside looking in, it looks like nothing more than a handful of actors and actresses strolling the red carpet and flashing toothy grins for the camera. However, a great deal of work goes on behind the scenes. Making a movie or television show is hard work, often requiring 12, 13 and even 14-hour days. Those film crews are constantly working on tight deadlines, having to accomplish a lot in a short amount of time. Movies, in particular, are intense because every shot and every camera angle you see in one can take hours to set up and shoot, and thats if everything goes according to plan. While working on films is hard work, in a clip posted on YouTube, Leanne shared one of the best and most enjoyable aspects of working on a movie: the food. When working on a film with Reese Witherspoon, she discovered the craft department and fell in love with it. And then I thought, Well, I bet they dont feed those little Hollywood people when theyre doing a movie. Thatll be good for me. I can go without food for two months, she said. Well, no, thats not what happens. Theres a thing called crafty, and these darling people cook all day long on a movie set. And because its in a union, they have to feed you a hot meal every two and a half to three hours. Later in the clip, she mentions how she took full advantage of this perk. Reese didnt need it, but I did, she said. Because, let me tell you this about movies, you sit there for a long time during the day with nothing to do until they call your name, and you get kind of bored. And then some little darling man will yell, Empanadas, and I would just take off running as hard as I could. Job 8:21 The time will come when your mouth will be full of laughing, and cries of joy will come from your lips.

Chad Thornsberry Plays Pictionary with His Wife and It'll Leave You Cracking Up

Chad Thornsberry played Pictionary with his wife, and itll leave you cracking up. The comedian hilariously shared that playing board games with his better half is not always the best idea. Watch the short but hysterical clip to find out why Chad doesn't enjoy playing games with his wife. Marriage is a special, sacred bond between two people. Those individuals, standing before their family, friends and God, have exchanged vows to remain together, regardless of what life may throw their way. Its a commitment, a relationship that is not intended to end until death literally separates them. Of course, marriage requires a lot of work, time and perseverance, but anything worthwhile usually does. Despite each person being totally committed to the other, life will test that relationship in various ways. There will be ups and downs, for sure. Disagreements and arguments are inevitable. No marriage is without them. But sometimes its best to avoid things that cause them, such as playing board games with your spouse. In a clip posted on YouTube, Chad shared why playing Pictionary with his wife was a bad idea. He hilariously details what happened when it was his turn to draw. His wife was left to figure out the clue, and things hilariously went south quickly. My turn to draw, for the win, look at the word: gorilla, he said. I cant draw a gorilla. But what I can do is this: I can draw a tree, where she will guess tree. I will draw a banana in the tree. She will guess banana, and then Im going to draw something in the tree, hanging onto the banana that looks like its got a head, a tail, a foot, and shes going to go monkey. And then Im going to give her this sign, and shes going to click down to gorilla. That sounded like a great plan, but that is not how things went. She quickly and correctly said tree and banana, and then had some trouble with gorilla, choosing to guess chimpanzee multiple times. She asked me, What was it? It was a gorilla. Chad, that doesnt look like a gorilla. Youre right, it doesnt. Doesnt look like a chimpanzee either, and you guessed that 14 times. Genesis 2:24 For this cause will a man go away from his father and his mother, and be joined to his wife; and they will be one flesh.

Michael Jr.'s Bit About Reading the Bible for The First Time Is Too Funny

Michael Jr.s bit about reading the Bible for the first time is too funny. He mentioned how he reacted while reading specific passages in Gods word for the very first time. Watch the short and hysterical clip to hear how the popular funnyman responded to some passages in the New Testament. Reading and studying Gods word is crucial for every Christian. Its essentially a guidebook, an instruction manual for everyday life. In the Bible are lessons and words of wisdom that will guide and direct us, no matter what situation or circumstance we may be currently facing. If we are having difficulty with this or that, there is more than likely something in the Bible that can easily be applied to what were going through. However, those who have grown up in the church reading Gods word will react quite differently to it than those who are unfamiliar with the Bible. Individuals who have no frame of reference or context for some of those passages will likely be confused and might even be frightened by what they encounter in the Bible. In a clip posted on YouTube, Michael mentioned that he wanted to read the entire Bible before giving his life to Christ. This was something he badly wanted to do, and so God provided him with a Bible. Once he had obtained Gods word, he began reading it, spending time in it daily. He added that he got through the entire book, from cover to cover, in about 40 days. However, there was something in the four Gospels that had him a little confused. I finished reading the Bible in 36 days, he said. And I got to the part in Matthew where it says Jesus died for me. Yo! I didnt even know until age 27 that Jesus died for me. I didnt know until I read it right there in Matthew. Ive been to church, people. But nobody was explaining it in a way that I could clearly understand what took place. And then I read right there in Matthew that he died. I was like, What? Then I turned to Mark, and he died again! Im like, What in the world? John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, so that whoever has faith in him may not come to destruction but have eternal life.

Comedian Hysterically Describes the Chaos That is Garage Sales in Laugh-Out-Loud Bit

A comedian hysterically described the chaos that is garage sales in a laugh-out-loud bit. The funnyman, Josh Sneed, pulled back the curtain and gave us a look at the madness and the insanity that comes along with holding a garage sale. Watch the short but gut-bustlingly funny clip to hear about Joshs experience with garage sales. Money, much like coal, oil and natural gas, is a finite resource. Even though its not a natural resource, we still only have so much of it. Therefore, everyone wants to make their money go as far as possible. If you can save a couple of bucks here and there, why not? Who cares if its used or has some imperfections? Given the way everything continues to increase in price at a consistent and steady rate, people may look for alternative ways to acquire what they need at a lower cost. Of course, one of those cheaper options is to go the garage sale route, buying things secondhand right from the initial owner. However, as Josh explains, garage sales may cost you more in other ways, especially if youre the one selling items. In a clip posted on YouTube, Josh mentioned that our world has been infiltrated by crazy people. They are all around us, he warns. He goes on to add that if you do not believe what hes saying, publicize that you intend to hold a garage sale at your residence. Put it on Craigslists List and in the paper that youre having a garage sale, and a freak show will form on your lawn two hours before the garage sale is even scheduled to begin, he said. Im looking through the blinds, like, We said 10, right? Well, theyre here. Later in the clip, he mentioned something about the other things he experienced while trying to sell his items. He specifically talked about a situation in which he was trying to sell a toaster for $1, and one gentleman became really stressed over the price, believing they were just too far apart. Job 8:21 The time will come when your mouth will be full of laughing, and cries of joy will come from your lips.

SNL Imagines ABBA Singing Christmas Hits—and It’s Comedy Gold

Saturday Night Live (SNL) imagines ABBA singing Christmas hits, and its comedy gold. The popular, long-running sketch program envisions what Christmas songs performed by the Swedish disco-era group might sound and look like. Watch the short but hysterical SNL skit to hear how ABBA would likely perform Christmas songs. Christmas is, undoubtedly, the most excellent time of the entire year. Anyone who believes otherwise would likely find it difficult to devise any sufficient or acceptable arguments against Christmas. Except for the typical cold and frosty weather conditions, Christmas has a lot going for it, much more than any other holiday, thats for sure. One of the reasons Christmas tops every other holiday is the numerous traditions associated with it. Many of those traditions often include listening to and watching the same movies, television specials and songs. Yes, we are more than familiar with them, but its that familiarity, along with the nostalgia and memories attached to them that makes those movies and songs so special. But what would happen if those beloved songs got a twist, a remake? For instance, in a clip posted on YouTube, SNL envisions how those Christmas tunes would sound if ABBA were to sing them. The results are hilarious, and likely pretty accurate. The first song they perform is entitled Fa La La, which sounds very much like Mamma Mia and, according to the clip, is sung with their signature standing close, facing different directions positioning. Of course, anyone familiar with the group will immediately recognize this. But that isnt the only Christmas-themed song performed in this odd, very ABBA-esque manner. They crack up the studio audience with one about gifts for me, gifts for you. How any of the actors were able to do this while keeping a straight face is beyond me. Most people would have immediately started laughing, which Kristen Wiig looks to be on the verge of doing early in the clip, but shes somehow able to keep it together. Job 8:21 The time will come when your mouth will be full of laughing, and cries of joy will come from your lips.

Tim Hawkins Describes a Prayer Style We All Recognize—and It’s Hilarious

Tim Hawkins describes a prayer style we all recognize, and its hilarious. The popular funnyman points out that some people have a particular way of praying, which includes adding extra words for no real reason at all. Watch the short and hysterical clip to hear Tim point out how some people pray in public in a long-winded manner, repeating the same thing over and over. Reading and studying Gods Word is essential for every Christian. Its basically a guidebook, an instruction manual for life. It contains information and words of wisdom on how to handle everything we may encounter in life. Now, while reading the Bible is critically important, prayer is even more so. Prayer is powerful. Its an opportunity available to anyone to communicate directly with the Creator of the universe. Its through prayer that we can and will develop a relationship with Him. How else are you supposed to establish and maintain a relationship without constant and consistent communication? It simply cannot be done. However, when it comes to prayer, Jesus did provide us with instructions on how to pray. It should be concise, to the point and not intended for public performance. In a clip posted on social media, Tim mentions the kind of person who weve all heard pray way too many times the person who, while praying, says the same thing four or five times. You guys have these guys in your church pray? he asked. I call them Thesaurus Prayers. Its usually an older guy who prays in the church. He prays like a thesaurus. Later in the clip, Tim gives an example of what hes talking about, and for anyone who has spent any amount of time in the church, it will immediately become familiar. Lord, lead us, guide us, direct us, he says. Navigate for us, Lord. Show us the way to go. That means the same thing, Rosier. Can you help me out here? I got some stuff to do today. Matthew 6:6 But when you make your prayer, go into your private room, and, shutting the door, say a prayer to your Father in secret, and your Father, who sees in secret, will give you your reward.

Dad’s Spot-On Imitation of Mom Prepping for Daughter's Return Is Hysterical

This dads spot-on imitation of a mom prepping for their daughters return is hysterical. He went all out as he acted out his wife frantically preparing for their childs return home from college. Watch the short but hilarious clip to see what this father did and said, which was a 100 percent spot-on imitation of his wife. Parents love their children and want nothing but the best for them. While it may be an unrealistic desire, every parent wants their youngsters to experience success in everything they do. What mother and father doesnt want that for their child? I think we can all agree youd be a bad parent if that werent what you wanted for your children. Sadly, for parents, children being successful typically means attending college, which often means they have to move away from their parents. As any parent who has ever dropped their youngster off at college knows, that is usually a painful and heartbreaking moment. Your baby is all grown up and is off on their own, out of your protective reach. But its for that very reason that any time they come home, mom and dads are in a happy, celebratory mood. In a YouTube clip, a husband, playing with his wife, hurriedly makes preparations for their daughters return. She is coming home from college, and everything must be in order nothing can be out of place. This is my new favorite holiday, the husband says while imitating his wife. I mean, Christmas is great, but the day that my daughter comes home from college is my new favorite holiday. I think thats a statement and a sentiment many parents would agree with. Early in the clip, he breaks character and mentions that what hes talking about is actually happening right now. His wife, who is behind the camera, concurs with his comment. As the video continues, he mentions more and more things that need to be completed before she arrives. Its a long, exhaustive list. Proverbs 22:6 If a child is trained up in the right way, even when he is old, he will not be turned away from it.

Nate Bargatze Reveals the Childhood McDonald’s Moment No One Lets Him Forget

Nate Bargatze has revealed the childhood McDonalds moment no one will let him forget. The popular funnyman mentioned that he is continually reminded of something that happened at McDonalds when he was a youngster. Watch the short but hilarious clip to hear what happened to him as a child at a McDonalds, and who will not let it go. Fast food, although it may be a quick meal, is not the healthiest cuisine available. Of course, we are all aware of this obvious fact, but sometimes its too hard to deny those cravings. A hamburger from Wendys or Burger King sometimes hits the spot. You know youve been there, probably more times than you care to admit. Regardless, McDonalds is arguably the most popular fast-food chain in the world. Anytime someone mentions fast food, an image of the McDonalds golden arches is what likely immediately comes to mind. How could it not be? Their fries are the best fries on the market, and I will put them up against anyone elses (just dont let them sit too long before eating). In a clip posted on YouTube, Nate said that, as a child, he and his family were at McDonalds with his parents friends and their children. It sounds like the beginning of a nice and pleasant outing, but things quickly took a turn. The adults learned they only had enough money on them for two of the children to get Happy Meals. Someone was going to have to go without getting the most beloved kids meal, and, as you can probably guess, that person ended up being Nate. And I was very sad about it, but I said, Thats OK, he said. Because I figured I would be rewarded for this sacrifice. That was not to be the case. How they have rewarded me is they still make fun of me to this day, he said. Im 43, and they still come up to me and go, Nate, is it OK if we dont buy you a Happy Meal? Job 8:21 The time will come when your mouth will be full of laughing, and cries of joy will come from your lips.

Anne Wilson Says She Eats This Every Day—and John Crist Can’t Believe It

Anne Wilson says she eats this every day, and John Crist can't believe it. The popular Christian music artist, during a conversation with the comedian, mentioned that she devours this cuisine 365 days a year. Watch the short but surprising clip to hear what Anne has to eat every day of her life. The life of a musician is not all it's cracked up to be. From the outside looking in, it may appear like a fantastic dream life scenario, often consisting of an abundant, never-ending flow of money and raucous, adoring crowds. When it's put that way, being a musician doesn't sound half bad, provided that your music is able to attract a sizable and committed fan base. But, of course, the glitz and the glamour that we see is not everything that's involved in being a musician. There's a ton of work and a lot of late hours in the life of a traveling musician. Life on the road and living on a tour bus for months at a time, going from one city to the next, does not sound like any fun. Despite this unconventional lifestyle and job, Anne told John Crist there remains one big constant in her life, whether she's out on the road or back home, and it involves what is on her plate. She also said that sleeping on her tour bus is not something she's able to do much. Oh, I don't nap on the bus, she said. But I'll go to, like, a cute coffee shop and a local Mexican restaurant every single day. John was taken aback by Anne's revelation. When? he asked. Like four? No, lunch, he answered. Lunch? Mexican? John added. Yeah, I eat Mexican every day of my life, Anne added. Many people love Mexican food, and when looking for a place to eat, that is often their go-to cuisine. However, eating it every single day seems excessive, even for those who consider themselves connoisseurs of Mexican food. Anne must really love Mexican food, because eating the same type of food every day is a true dedication. 1 Corinthians 10:31 So then, if it is a question of food or drink, or any other thing, whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.

Nate Bargatze HIlariously Reveals How His Lack of Banking Knowledge Costs Him

Nate Bargatze hilariously revealed how his lack of banking knowledge costs him. The popular funnyman said that he has next to no information about his personal banking information and heavily relies on his wife. Watch the short but hysterical clip in which Nate states how his cluelessness about his personal banking information and banks in general costs him in more ways than one. Money is not everything, and it certainly is not the cure for every problem and issue we encounter in life. However, with that being said, money is still essential. Why else do we go to work every single day? Sure, we may enjoy what we do and the people we work with, but that weekly or bi-weekly paycheck is the real motivating factor for our consistent attendance. Now, after obtaining that sought-after paycheck, most people deposit it into a bank account, whether it's a savings, checking or some other type of account. Once the money is handed over to the bank, it's essential to keep the account information in a safe and secure location, or at the very least, be able to recall those pertinent details quickly. However, in a clip posted on YouTube, Nate mentions that he is a man with limited knowledge of his personal banking information and even struggles to recall the names of any banks. This becomes a significant problem whenever he wants to make a purchase. I just want to buy stuff, and her not know that I bought it, and that's so hard, he said. I think if I knew the name of a bank, I could do it. But I got to go through her to get that information. I poke around, I'm like, 'If I had a bank, what bank do you think I would go to?' Later in the clip, he adds what he often does when trying to figure out if his money is at one bank or another. Proverbs 13:11 Wealth quickly got will become less; but he who gets a store by the work of his hands will have it increased.

John Crist's Brutally Honest VBS Volunteer Will Have You Cracking Up

John Crists brutally honest VBS volunteer will have you cracking up. The popular funnyman, as someone helping out at his churchs Vacation Bible School, does not hold anything back with his very pointed and direct comments. Watch the short and hilarious clip to hear what the straightforward and forthright volunteer had to say about every possible subject and situation that might arise during VBS. If you grew up in the church, you are likely more than familiar with Vacation Bible School (VBS). Of course, with every church and denomination, there may have been some differences here and there, but for the most part, they all followed a very similar format and structure. Its likely to look the same no matter what church you may have attended. Typically, VBS was one or two weeks during the summer, when the kids were out of school. It never failed that VBS was always during the hottest, most uncomfortable week of the entire summer. In addition to the scorching, unbearably hot weather, VBS consisted of time when a lesson a story from the Bible was taught, followed by arts and crafts, refreshments and recreation. Again, some churches may have followed a slightly different schedule, but this was the general flow for one night/day of Vacation Bible School. Also, as anyone who has volunteered for their churchs VBS knows, by the end of the week, you are completely and entirely worn out. Its a long and tiring week, as volunteers are continually left corralling and looking after the children. By the end of the week, you are usually asking yourself why you willingly agreed to help, and make a silent, personal oath that you will not help next year. But you and I both know youll help again next year. In a clip posted on YouTube, John is a volunteer helping at VBS. What he says and the situations he reacts to will look and sound very familiar to anyone who has ever attended or helped out at a Vacation Bible School. John has clearly attended several Vacation Bible Schools in his day. Proverbs 22:6 If a child is trained up in the right way, even when he is old, he will not be turned away from it.

Anjelah Johnson-Reyes Baffled by Her Friend’s Way of Handling Marital Spats

Anjelah Johnson-Reyes is baffled by her friends way of handling marital spats. The popular comedian couldn't believe what happened when her buddy and that friends husband disagreed on something. Watch the short but hysterical clip to hear how Anjelahs pal dealt with a momentary dispute and how Anjelah would have gone about dealing with a similar situation. Marriage is a terrific, wonderful thing. Its a sacred institution that God implemented. Is there anything more beautiful than attending a wedding and watching as two people vow, in front of their friends, family and God, that they will remain with one another regardless of what life may throw at them. Attendees get to see a family created right before their eyes. However, as great as marriage is, its also not always easy. In fact, it can be quite challenging, but anything worthwhile in life does require work and sacrifice. Because marriage involves two flawed individuals with differing thoughts and opinions, disagreements and arguments are inevitable. At that point, how those disagreements are handled is of paramount importance. They can be either escalate and become much worse or handled with love and grace, making it much more likely to come to an agreed-upon solution. In a clip posted on YouTube, Anjelah admitted that she was left bewildered and blown away by how her married female friend handled a disagreement with her husband. It was like nothing she had ever seen or heard. I wish I could be more like my friend, Maya, she said. Shes so calm, cool and collected all the time. One day, I asked her, I was like, Girl, do you ever get in an argument with your husband? She was like, Yes. Later in the clip, Anjelah adds that her friend told her about a specific disagreement and how they handled it. They dealt with it by each person mentioning how the others words and actions made them feel, and ended quickly with an apology. Anjelah confesses that if it had been her argument, she would have probably taken a different tactic. Genesis 2:24 For this cause will a man go away from his father and his mother and be joined to his wife; and they will be one flesh.

Swim Cap Chaos! This Couple’s Struggle Is Comedy Gold

This couples chaotic struggle with a swim cap is comedy gold. Both had more than a bit of trouble with the athletic headwear, resulting in plenty of laughs. Watch the short and hysterical clip to see their losing battle with the swim cap and to hear why it was in their possession. As children grow, they will naturally become interested in and want to try and explore many different activities. Every parent knows this situation all too well. Signing up youngsters for T-ball, cheerleading or football sounds all well and good until its time to take them to practice. Its at that point that its necessary to be a Magellan-level navigator, making sure to take the most optimal route both to and from practice, making the best and most efficient use of time. Yes, it sounds similar to running around like a chicken without its head attached, and it is, but thats what all parents do for their children. What your little one wants to do might be something you arent even remotely interested in, but we smile and nod through it, because whatever that activity is, it makes them happy. Additionally, these selected activities may come with a uniform and other equipment, some of which may be unusual and challenging to maneuver and operate. In a clip posted on YouTube, a husband and wife explain how their daughter is a swimmer. The woman, who holds a pink swim cap, mentions what happened at a recent meet involving the swim cap. And how, despite her initial struggles with putting it on her childs head, someone showed her the proper way to do it, making it look effortless. Well, putting on the swim cap was anything but effortless for this husband and wife. They went back and forth, struggling mightily to get the cap on each others head. Hilariously enough, both of them make placing the cap on someones head look like a rather painful process. At least they were both able to laugh about it. Ephesians 6:4 And, you fathers, do not make your children angry: but give them training in the teaching and fear of the Lord.

Couple’s Take on Toddler Phases Is Hilarious and Relatable

This couple's take on the many different toddler phases is hilarious and incredibly relatable. The husband and wife share what they say are their favorite parts of raising toddlers. Watch the short but hysterical clip that will have you laughing and nodding right along. Children are a blessing and are one of life's greatest gifts, for sure. Being a mother and a father is by far the most important title and position that we'll ever obtain. There is certainly nothing like being a parent and watching those little ones grow, explore and learn. While watching those youngsters grow is a fascinating process, it can also be more than a little infuriating and maddening at times. Whenever someone mentions the difficulties and struggles with raising children, they immediately go to those angsty, rebellious teenage years, and those are, undoubtedly, often challenging times. However, many parents seem to completely gloss over and forget to mention the struggles associated with the toddler years. Those have their own difficulties as well. In a clip posted on YouTube, a couple shares what they sarcastically call their favorite phases during those toddler years. Hilariously, most of what they say and describe will be entirely too familiar to you. It may even bring up flashbacks to times when you were at your wits' end, feeling entirely out of energy and ideas as to how to respond to the child's horrible and unpredictable behavior. People always ask us what our favorite toddler phases are, the woman said. We thought tonight was the night. I, for one, loved the phase, stick my fork in my straw phaseevery meal. Later in the clip, she mentions one that every parent knows and understands. It's the dreaded and incredibly annoying yesterday phase. Well, when did you see your toy last? she asks. Yesterday. Of course, when children are in this stage of life, their answer to your question is often 'yesterday,' which is not helpful at all. The couple names many other phases that toddlers often go through and experience. Which ones were your favorite? Proverbs 22:6 If a child is trained up in the right way, even when he is old, he will not be turned away from it.

Comedian’s Hilarious Take on Why His Wife Still Baffles Him

A comedian provided his hilarious take on why his wife still baffles him. He even mentioned that he has known her for most of his life, but is often still left confused and confounded by her. Watch the short but hysterical clip to hear why he still has trouble understanding his better half. Anything worth having in life is not easy. Those things often require diligent, painstaking, hard work, a fair amount of time and a ton of perseverance. Despite the popular saying, the good things in life are not free; there is a cost, but when it truly matters, the price will always be worth it. Most people would include marriage in that category when considering things in life that are worthwhile. However, marriage is not always easy. It involves two flawed people who often have differing opinions on various topics and subjects. This can and does lead to arguments and heated disagreements. Nobody sees things exactly the same way. However, if we persevere and choose to work through those differences and challenges, marriage will be and always is worth it. But even when we continually choose love in a marriage relationship, that doesnt mean well always understand the other person. In fact, there are times when well be completely and entirely left baffled and befuddled by the other individual. Why did they do this? We dont know, and maybe they dont either. In a clip posted on YouTube, comedian Chad Thornsberry explains the many things his wife does that leave him scratching his head. The most hilarious part of the entire clip is that immediately after waking up, his wife is already upset with him. She isnt thrilled with the actions he took in her dream. Yes, you read that correctly, his wife expressed his dissatisfaction with him because he did something she did not appreciate in a dream she had. Sometimes you just cant win. Genesis 2:24 For this cause will a man go away from his father and his mother and be joined to his wife; and they will be one flesh.

You’ll Be Cracking Up as Mama’s Family Reunion Goes Off the Rails

You'll be cracking up as this Mama's Family reunion goes off the rails. The dysfunctional but hilarious family strikes again, this time with one member making his long-awaited return. Watch the short but hysterical clip of a classic skit from The Carol Burnett Show. It's always nice to get together with family and friends, especially those we haven't seen in quite some time. Typically, at most such gatherings, there is a prolonged period where everyone gets reacquainted. People will ask one another how they've been, how life is treating them and what they are doing at this present moment. That is how normal people function. However, as we've seen, the Harpers are anything but normal. Eunice, Thelma and every other character in those series of Mama's Family sketches walk and, also yell at each other, to the tune of a different drum. If you're a member of that family and not screaming at the top of your lungs, you won't be heard and will instead be overlooked, even if you're doing some amazing, one-of-a-kind things with your life. In a clip posted on YouTube, Eunice's brother, Phil, has come home for a quick visit after five years away. Much has happened in Phil's life, and he's ready to tell everyone what he's been up to, but it's hilariously overlooked. Phil has won several prestigious awards, including the Pulitzer Prize and a Nobel Prize. Sadly, no one in the family has any idea what those are, or they just don't care. Instead, hilariously enough, everyone is much more concerned about what a dog in the other room is doing and acting than their own flesh and blood. This hysterical skit illustrates the importance of genuinely listening to others after asking them a question. No one wants to feel like they are talking to a brick wall. Proverbs 25:12 Like a nose-ring of gold and an ornament of the best gold, is a wise man who says sharp words to an ear ready to give attention.
